Reading, Pa.-based Rentokil Terminix acquired Extermital Termite & Pest Control and KONA Coast in December 2023, and Nature One LLC in February 2024.
Founded in 1936, Extermital has 22 employees operating from two branches in southwestern Ohio (metro Dayton and metro Cincinnati).

KONA Coast, founded in 2008 and based in Kona, Hawaii, is now part of the Rentokil Terminix Pacific Market serving the west coast of the Rainbow State. The company’s most popular service is quarterly residential pest control service. Kemp Anderson acted as the exclusive advisor to KONA Coast.

Nature One services residential customers in the Coeur D’Alene area of Idaho.
