Anchor Pest Control has acquired A Ablaze Pest Control; both companies are based in East Brunswick, N.J. Per a news release, the acquisition helps Anchor Pest Control extend its geographic reach, bringing its innovative pest control services to new communities and enhancing its presence in existing markets. The integration will provide A Ablaze’s clients with greater access to advanced pest management techniques and a wider range of pest control services.

Jamie Haberman, who holds a master’s degree in entomology and founded A Ablaze Pest Control in 1991, also expressed enthusiasm for the merger in the news release. “After speaking with Carmen for over a year, I knew the acquisition with Anchor Pest Control is a tremendous opportunity for our team and customers,” he explained. “Carmen and I share the same values regarding business and our clients. Anchor’s positive reputation made the decision very easy for me.”
