Total Pest Control expands Connecticut footprint
Total Pest Control, based in Southington, Conn., recently completed the acquisition of Target Pest Control in Hartford County, Conn. The move strengthens Total Pest Control’s residential footprint in Hartford County and expands its service area into Tolland County, Conn.
“I was looking for a company that would reflect Target’s values of personal and professional service. After speaking with multiple companies, I felt that Total Pest Control best represented these values,” said Asther Bruckner of Target Pest. “I am completely confident that our customers will be well taken care of.”
Total Pest Control was established in 2019 by husband-and-wife team Mark, who serves as president, and Lisa Hayden, who serves as vice president.
“Target Pest Control has built a tremendous amount of trust with their customers and we’re committed to building on that trust by providing timely, personal and professional service that Target customers have come to expect,” Lisa Hayden commented. “With this current acquisition, we now provide service in every county throughout the state of Connecticut.”
King Pest Solutions adds Independent Pest Control

King Pest Solutions in Grand Junction, Colo., expanded its presence in the Centennial State by adding Independent Pest Control, based in Colorado Springs.
“We are excited to expand our footprint in Colorado and serve more of our local population,” said Casey McDaniel, CFO of King Pest Solutions. “As Colorado natives, we just want to provide a high-quality service at a reasonable price for everyone around us and this acquisition helps us get closer to our goals.”
King Pest Solutions has been in business since 2022, and this is the company’s first acquisition giving them the ability to service most of the state of Colorado.
“This acquisition allows us to service over 80 percent of the population in the state of Colorado,” added business partner and cousin Kyle McDaniel. “This next step will give us the additional resources we need to provide a high-quality service, increase response times and ensure that customers’ needs are always met.”
Debug Pest Control opens new branch
Debug Pest Control, based in Smithfield, R.I., opened a new branch in Niantic, R.I., to serve theNew London County market.
The new location will feature a team of 10 professionals and will offer solutions in termite control, rodent control, bed bug control, mosquito control and general pest control.
“We are excited to expand our services to the New London County area,” said Bill Horgan, president of Debug Pest Control. “As a family-owned business, we understand the importance of protecting homes and businesses from pests. Our new Niantic branch will allow us to provide timely and personalized services to the community, ensuring a safe and pest-free environment for all.”
