Bell Labs continues to expand both our rodenticide offerings as well as our rodent sensing products. Earlier this year we brought to the market CADET, which is a highly palatable and weatherable cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3) blox bait. Our rodent sensing iQ product line-up is comprised of six different bait stations and traps, and we are committed to expanding these tools because we believe the more PMPs embrace rodent monitoring technology, the more successful our industry will become.

Bell Labs is currently developing several new products, including an accessory to make our time-saving EVO Express bait station even more versatile. iQ devices, which currently utilize Bluetooth technology and sensors to communicate rodent data to PMPs, have quickly shown their value. We will build on that success by continuing to conduct research and development on rodent monitoring wireless communication types and devices for professional rodent control.

PREDICTIONS: Our industry surely will be subjected to continued regulatory and legislative challenges. These challenges will affect both the market availability of rodenticides and how they can be used. The only way to continue to provide world-class rodent control when faced with these obstacles is with increased knowledge about rodents at the account, and with increased time to put the knowledge gained to work. The use of rodent monitoring technology at every account is the only way to gather the necessary knowledge and time. With the support of our trusted distributor and PMP partners, Bell Labs has successfully started to illuminate that path and will light the way in the coming years.
