Australia and UK-based digital solutions provider PestSense, founded in 2021, is expanding to the United States. CEO and Co-Founder Fred Yasmine leads a team of around 20 employees globally alongside additional Co-Founders Rob Burley-Jukes, Dean Dobson and Dylan Gannan. The group has had success in transforming other industries through the introduction of innovative digital solutions.
The company’s strategy is to similarly transform the value proposition for facilities managers, service providers and large-scale end user organizations, working with industry thought leaders to introduce new technologies supported by best practices for digital pest management service delivery.
One of the company’s biggest goals is to reduce environmental risk and impacts through the use of pest activity profiling, to inform the most appropriate baiting or trapping strategies while minimizing the chemical use.
PestSense has hired Adam Holt, BCE, to help bring PestSense to the U.S. Holt has worked in the pest control software industry for nearly a decade while residing on a patent for ServSensor, one of the initial electronic rodent monitoring devices.
“We are excited to be working with Adam,” said Yasmine. “He brings deep industry subject matter, tremendous energy and market insights to shape PestSense U.S. entry over the coming months.”
