NPMA selects individuals for the Leader Launch Class of 2025

LOGO: NPMA LEADER LAUNCHThe National Pest Management Association (NPMA) selected the next five individuals for its Leader Launch program. First announced at PestWorld 2022, Leader Launch is designed to deepen the bench of the NPMA’s potential association officers and leaders. The program is an 18-month deep dive that trains individuals to develop an ongoing pipeline of diverse, qualified leaders for the NPMA’s future.

The Leader Launch Class of 2025 participants include:

  • Courtney Carace, COO of Pest-End in East Hampstead, N.H.
  • Shay Runion, chief HR officer, senior vice president of professional development for Arrow Exterminators in Atlanta, Ga.
  • AJ Treleven, director of operations for Sprague Pest Solutions in Tacoma, Wash.
  • Elizabeth Abell, strategic initiatives manager of Abell Pest Control in Toronto, Ontario, Canada
  • Greg Schmidt, owner of Pest Solutions in Thornburg, Va.
