Hi everyone, this is Mitchell Goldstein from SkyHawk Trapmate, and I’m super excited to talk to you for a few minutes about our Trapmate line of remote monitoring devices for wildlife and for rodents. Just a quick—we’re located in Derry, New Hampshire. We design, we build everything ourselves, and we bring to you the Trapmate line of devices.
Everything we have is battery powered, true remote monitoring. You do not need to be in the facility or the location to get alerts when you have captures. We provide lots of great data, so you can understand exactly what’s going on in your facility or at your customer’s location, so your program becomes very prescriptive versus reactive and much more efficient.
So, what does the Trapmate line actually look like? Well, we have a hardware infrastructure layer that we design, we build mostly in Derry, and what we have is a hub. And this hub is battery-powered, replaceable battery powered off the shelf, lasts one to two years. Sends you an alert if there’s a low battery. But basically, this device sits in the facility or in a home and communicates with sensors, and we are trap agnostic, so we can work with anybody’s trap: Catchmaster, Woodstream. It can be really … T-Rexes, wooden snaps. This is a Sherman trap with one of our mini sensors and also with interior multi-catches.
We have a mobile app that mainly the technicians work out of but it provides all the alerting, the mapping, all the data you the technician would need to actually know what’s going on in a facility or a residence or a location before they even get there. And then, with all that data, they can actually see where the problem areas are, and maybe now they can reallocate that time to do true integrated pest management, reallocate the time to do inspections, look for conducive conditions and actually provide more value, protect your customers brand, protect your customers residents, and drive a more enhanced, more value-add program.
