
Atlanta, Ga.-based Arrow Exterminators has merged and acquired Brock 360 Pest Solutions. From its corporate headquarters, Brock 360 services customers in several high-growth markets in Florida.
In a news release, Emily Thomas Kendrick, chief executive officer of Arrow Exterminators, said, “With this merger, we are expanding our presence in the thriving Sarasota region and are excited to welcome the team members and customers of Brock 360 to the Arrow family. We look forward to the opportunities this merger will bring and the positive impact it will have on our customers, team members and the local communities in which we serve.”
Greg Brock, president of Brock 360, said, “After a lengthy search process, we are excited to be partnering with Arrow to take care of our valued customers and continue to provide them the same high level of service and commitment they have come to expect from us. All existing employees of Brock 360 will become integral members of the Arrow team.”
