Cetane Associates (“Cetane”), a financial advisory and transaction firm providing M&A expertise to the home services industries, is pleased to announce that The Pest Rangers, LLC (“The Pest Rangers”), based in Wilkes-Barre, Pa., has acquired Edgewater, N.J. -based O.C.E. Pest & Termite Control (“O.C.E.”) The transaction closed on November 26, 2025.
O.C.E. is a family‑owned company, operating since 1976. Originally named after Oxford Circle Pest in Northeast Philadelphia, the company provides professional pest and termite solutions throughout both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Dave Kirn, owner of O.C.E., remarked, “We’re really pleased with the outcome of the sale and know the company will be in good hands with The Pest Rangers. A big thank you to Bob and the Cetane team for making the sale run smoothly.”
The Pest Rangers is a Pennsylvania-based pest control company providing expert residential and commercial services. Known for professional service, they specialize in termite, rodent and general pest management across the state.
