Pasadena. Tex.-based Control Solutions Inc. (CSI) has announced the retirement of co-founder and president Mark Boyd.

CSI notes Boyd’s entrepreneurial drive, industry insight and commitment to customer success as the pillars to his lasting legacy as they move into the future. Boyd will continue to support the company as an advisor during the transitional period.

Boyd said, “CSI has always been about innovation and trusted relationships. I’m proud of what we’ve built and confident the company will continue to thrive.”

The future of CSI

To strengthen alignment with global leadership, CSI and Alligare will align to form the newly created ADAMA Professional Solutions Commercial Unit (APS CU).

Trey Kendrick will serve as President & CEO of Control Solutions and Head of ADAMA Professional Solutions Commercial Unit (APS CU), reporting directly to Eric Dereudre, ADAMA Chief Commercial Officer. Trey brings extensive experience from his long career with CSI and successful leadership as President & CEO of Alligare.

Reporting to Trey Kendrick, with more than 16 years of experience at ADAMA, including the past four years as Sales Director of Alligare, Austin Tinsley has been named President & CEO of Alligare.
