Cook’s Pest Control promotes four members to leadership

Fish began at Cook’s as a corporate technical specialist and has been promoted to training director. Fish is a Board-Certified Entomologist, holding a Bachelor of Science in Horticulture and a Master of Science in Entomology from Auburn Univ. During her time in Cook’s technical department, Fish traveled to district offices, provided technical assistance, hands-on training and conducted commercial facility audits. In June 2023, she transitioned from the Technical Division to the Training Department, taking on the role of Training Manager. She is responsible for all the company’s training initiatives, including the company-wide Leadership Development Program.

After 18 years of service at Cook’s, Kiefer has been promoted to training manager. Kiefer began his career as a residential technician in April 2007 and earned President’s Club recognition for six consecutive years while on a route. His performance and commitment led to his promotion to Quality assurance supervisor and later to trainer at the Home Office. After spending nine years in the Training Department, Kiefer was promoted to training supervisor, where his leadership, work ethic, and passion have made a lasting impact. Whether participating in photo shoots, managing a route temporarily, or mentoring team members, Kiefer has consistently gone above and beyond in service to the company.

Prevatt began his career at Cook’s in 2019 as a member of the advertising and marketing department and has since been promoted to director of customer experience. He played a key role in developing the company’s search engine marketing program and contributed significantly to the current website design. In 2021, Prevatt transitioned to Operations as the founder of Cook’s Customer Experience Department, serving as Customer Experience Manager.

Jamna Tucker

Tucker was promoted to Customer Experience Manager. She holds degrees in Cross-Cultural Missions and Industrial Engineering, along with a post-graduate module in Project Management. Tucker has a proven track record in industrial management, having worked in Nicaragua and locally as a project engineer and purchasing coordinator for iWebVisit.com for 12 years. Her knowledge and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and customers make her a tremendous asset, ensuring her success as the manager of a growing department.
