Ignite 2025, FieldRoutes’ customer conference in September, brought together pest control leaders to explore the industry’s future, emphasizing the power of integrated software to drive growth and efficiency.

A key theme was ServiceTitan’s commitment to accelerate development and deliver powerful automation tools, ensuring FieldRoutes customers have the most advanced capabilities to win in their markets.

“FieldRoutes listens to customers and implements feedback,” says Aaron Curtis of Alta Pest Control. “They’ve been transformative partners, helping us improve ROI and margins with innovative solutions.”

Among Ignite highlights:

Software enhancements: FieldRoutes showcased its latest release — including accelerated mobile sales workflows, new map features for targeted sales outreach, and enhanced billing controls — designed to streamline operations, protect revenue, and improve customer experience.

Celebrating industry leaders: Kwik Kill Pest Control’s Breanna Neerland received the prestigious Founders Award for her visionary leadership and industry advocacy. Other award winners for strategic use of technology or community impact: Alta Pest Control (Impact Award), Fox Pest Control (Excellence Achieved Award), and Yardline Pest Control (Rookie of the Year Award).

Conference insights: Educational sessions highlighted the benefits of a single, robust software system to manage end-to-end operations. Speakers emphasized the necessity of data integrity for sound business decisions and the immense value of automating processes.

“FieldRoutes’ dashboard gives us a clear visual of our business performance every day,” says JD Jaramillo of Friendly Pest Solutions, “helping us stay on top of our numbers and make informed decisions to grow and protect our bottom line.”
