
Control Solutions Inc. (CSI) has brought aboard Anna Iversen, BCE, as the new pest control operations (PCO) technical service manager. Iversen brings more than two decades of expertise in pest management, product development and technical services, strengthening CSI’s commitment to supporting pest management professionals (PMPs) with industry-leading solutions and guidance.
Iversen holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Oregon and a master’s degree in grain science with a concentration in pest management from Kansas State University.
Her career spans research, product innovation and technical leadership roles. Iversen has served as a research entomologist at ISCA Technologies; technical and training manager for McCloud Services (acquired by Terminix); and most recently as the U.S. technical director for Pelsis. In her new role at CSI, Iversen reports to Dr. Janis Reed, BCE, and will play a key role in enhancing technical service capabilities across the PCO business.
Outside of her professional work, Iversen is a proud mother of three sons, Max (18) and twins Jack and Sam (16). She currently resides in the Chicago, Ill., area and enjoys traveling, attending concerts, camping with her family, and spending time with her partner, Dave. Her household also includes two rescue dogs, two red-eared slider turtles, and a rose hair tarantula affectionately named Harrietta.
