The National Pest Management Association (NPMA) has announced that registration is now open for the 2026 Women’s Forum, an event designed to advance careers, foster innovation and strengthen community within the pest management industry.

The event takes place May 19–21, 2026, at the Sheraton Le Méridien Charlotte in Charlotte, N.C. The Women’s Forum offers a dynamic, hands-on experience where attendees can turn insights into action through workshops, connect with peers in collaborative breakouts and hear from inspiring keynote speakers.

Tuesday’s keynote, “The Relatable Leader,” will feature Rachel DeAlto, a communications and relatability expert, while Thursday’s keynote, “Make Difficult People Disappear,” will be delivered by Monica Wofford, CEO of Contagious Companies.

The Forum also celebrates the achievements of women in pest management through the NPMA Impact Awards and provides unique networking opportunities, including Brain Dates, Dine Arounds and more. Attendees will engage in sessions on inspiring leadership, participate in interactive workshops and breakout sessions and hear from groundbreaking speakers, all while celebrating the contributions of women across the industry. The Women’s Forum encourages women and men throughout the industry to create an inclusive environment for all members of their teams.
