Orkin promotes team member to chief operating officer for commercial operations

Orkin Pest Control, a subsidiary of Rollins Inc., promoted Scott Weaver to chief operating officer of Orkin USA Commercial Operations.

In this new role, Weaver will oversee the company’s day-to-day commercial operations and national accounts. He will work closely with Orkin’s executive leadership teams to further align business functions and optimize performance.

“Scott has been a driving force behind Orkin’s continued success, especially in the commercial market, where he recently launched a dedicated commercial division,” said Pat Chrzanowski, president of Orkin USA. “His leadership, strategic vision and commitment to excellence position him to help guide our operations into the future. I’m confident he will help lead meaningful growth and progress in the years ahead.”

Weaver has more than 30 years of experience in the consumer services industry and has been a growth leader at Orkin for the last decade. He has developed high-performing teams and implemented scalable business strategies, while playing a key role in delivering sustainable growth across multiple markets.
