Plaistow, N.H.-based Pest-End recently hosted its annual end-of-season event to honor and celebrate its dedicated team. This year, the company added a unique twist by drawing inspiration from the National Pest Management Association’s Academy format, creating six color-coded teams with captains to lead the day’s spirited competitions.

The day was filled with laughter, energy and friendly rivalry as team members participated in a wide variety of games and challenges, from red light-green light to a Skittles sorting contest, trivia competitions and a non-alcoholic flip cup showdown. The competition remained fierce throughout, with teams vying for top placement on the leaderboard in both skill and spirit.

Adding to the fun, team members enjoyed a festive lunch and dessert from three local food trucks, highlighting Pest-End’s commitment to supporting small businesses in the community. Sharing a meal together gave everyone a chance to relax and connect beyond the competition, making the event both memorable and meaningful.

One of the most impactful parts of the day was the community-focused challenge: each team was tasked with bringing 25 items to donate to two local food pantries, setting a collective goal of 150 items. Once again, the Pest-End team exceeded all expectations. Through the generosity and enthusiasm of its employees, Pest-End proudly donated over 1,500 items, providing vital support to families in need across the region.

Adam Carace, CEO of Pest-End, said in a release, “At Pest-End, we believe in working hard, playing hard, and building a culture where our people feel connected both to one another and to the communities we serve. The energy of the day, the camaraderie among our team members, and the generosity shown through our food pantry donations are a perfect reflection of who we are as a company.”

The annual celebration not only strengthens team bonds but also demonstrates Pest-End’s ongoing commitment to giving back. The company continues to prioritize culture as a cornerstone of its success, ensuring that its people, customers, and community all thrive together.
