Plunkett’s Pest Control acquired PureHome Pest Control, a locally owned and operated company that was founded in 2020 and based in Oklahoma City, Okla. The acquisition strengthens the Fridley, Minn.-based company’s Midwest presence. Terms were not disclosed.
PureHome used “multiple pest management strategies, modern technologies and a proactive service model” to earn consistent 5-star online reviews, according to a news release about the acquisition.
“As we move into this next chapter, I’m proud to align with Plunkett’s — a company that values service, innovation, and integrity just as we always have,” PureHome Founder and Owner Drew Kaelin noted in the news release. “I’ll continue to be available during the transition, and I know our customers will be well cared for moving forward.”
Aly Silva Mulgrew, president of Plunkett’s, agreed, adding, “We’re excited to welcome PureHome Pest Control to the Plunkett’s family. Drew built a strong, forward-thinking company that puts people first — something we take seriously at Plunkett’s. This partnership is a perfect cultural and operational fit, and we look forward to continuing the excellent service PureHome’s clients have come to expect.”
