Rentokil Terminix announces the next phase of leadership for its Irving, Texas-based North American Innovation Center, to strengthen its long-term scientific capabilities and accelerate its future product pipeline. The company is initiating a comprehensive search for its next Head of Science and Innovation in early 2026.
Oz Siddique, group innovation and product development director for parent company Rentokil Initial in Rickmansworth, England, will serve as interim leader of the center. Per a Rentokil Terminix news release, Siddique “has played a critical role in guiding the center since its inception in 2023 and will work closely with the team to ensure seamless continuity, support active research streams, and advance projects that are shaping the company’s future portfolio.”
“Our scientific direction and long-term priorities remain strong and unchanged,” Siddique said in the news release. “With a solid foundation and a world-class team in place, we are entering this next chapter with confidence and excitement. The Innovation Center will continue to play a pivotal role in advancing solutions that strengthen our industry and unlock new opportunities for our customers.”
