Rockit Pest acquires Florida pest company

Rockit Pest Control recently announced the acquisition of Green Solutions Lawn and Pest Control, a respected Tampa, Fla.-based company known for its customer-focused approach. Founded in 2007, Green Solutions has built its customer base by delivering lawn and pest control services in one of the country’s most competitive markets.

Ryan Bradbury, chief executive officer of Rockit Pest, added in a press release, “It’s not every day that you find a company built on such deep and well-rounded industry expertise. We’re thrilled to welcome Green Solutions to Rockit and to build on their many years of success in the Tampa lawn and pest control market.”

Green Solutions’ former owner, Max C. Ayer, built his career at Bayer Environmental Science in both turf and pest control roles before serving as vice president and later president of Agronomic Resources Inc.

“Green Solutions was founded on the mission of providing customers with the best lawn care and pest control services available in the Tampa, Florida area, all while being good stewards of the environment,” said Ayer in a news release. “When it came time to decide to sell, it was important that we found a company that aligned with those same core values. We are grateful to have found that in Rockit, and we’re excited for what’s ahead for the employees at Green Solutions.”
