Sprague Pest Solutions celebrates record year for ACE certifications

Sprague Pest Solutions recently announced that two of its team members, Jennifer Bowerman of the Tacoma, Wash., branch and Matthew Drewes of the Spokane, Wash., branch, have earned their Associate Certified Entomologist (ACE) certification. Their achievements contribute to a record-setting year for Sprague, with more than 12 team members earning their ACE certification in 2025.

The ACE certification, administered by the Entomological Society of America, is widely regarded as a leading credential in applied entomology. The certification confirms an individual’s demonstrated expertise in pest management through verified field experience, successful completion of a comprehensive examination and ongoing continuing education requirements.

Bowerman has been with Sprague for more than 12 years. Since joining Sprague in 2013 as a route manager, she “has become widely respected for her unwavering commitment to high-level service and her ability to inspire those around her through her passion and dedication to delivering uncompromising service to customers,” per the news release.

Drewes joined Sprague in 2018 as a route manager in Spokane. Known for his strong customer service mindset, Drewes has built exceptional relationships with his customers, many of whom have taken the time to recognize him through glowing Google reviews. He recently took on responsibility for some of the Spokane branch’s most challenging downtown accounts, where his technical skills and professionalism continue to stand out.
