About the host
Originally from Miami, Erin Monteagudo studied entomology at the University of Florida, earning her bachelor’s degree under Dr. Phil Koehler and her master’s degree under Dr. Nan-Yao Su. She began her career in the pest management industry in 2004 as a regional entomologist for Western Pest Services in Florida and Atlanta, Ga., later continuing this position in New Jersey and New York. In 2008, she became a field supervisor for Bell Environmental Services with major accounts in New York City. During this time, she earned her board certification from the Entomological Society of America. Erin joined Veseris in March 2013 as the Technical Content and Training Specialist out of Austin, Texas.
