Atlanta-based Arrow Exterminators announces the merger and acquisition of Spencer Pest Services in Roswell, Ga. This deal will provide Arrow the opportunity to strengthen its presence in the North Metro Atlanta market.

“When we started considering selling our business in Georgia, we obviously contacted Arrow given the two mergers we successfully completed in Florida and South Carolina over the course of the past few years,” says owner Sheri Spencer. “Our employees and customers were so pleased with those previous transactions that we felt very comfortable in entrusting Arrow with this group of team members and customers. Spencer will join with the other Arrow Exterminators offices in the metro Atlanta market and will operate as Arrow Exterminators.
