Cetane Associates hires associate

Whitney Parsley

New Milford, Conn.-based Cetane Associates recently hired Whitney Parsley for its financial advisory firm as an associate.

Parsley provides paralegal support to the firm’s mergers and acquisitions deal execution team. She will be based at Cetane Associates’ office in Houston, Texas.

Parsley is an experienced corporate paralegal and compliance manager. Prior to joining Cetane Associates, she worked at the in-house legal departments of The Tatitlek Corporation in Anchorage, Alaska, and Quanta Services out of Houston, Texas. Parsley has 18 years of experience and specializes in corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions.

Whitney has a paralegal certification from Houston Community College. She enjoys her hobbies of scuba diving, softball, swimming, and especially time with her family of five children and nine grandchildren.
