Glen Ramsey, BCE, has joined Atlanta-based Rollins Inc. as a technical services manager. Ramsey is responsible for providing a wide variety of technical support and guidance across the company, including operations, marketing and training. He will also help review and create pest- and customer-specific service protocols and guidelines.
Ramsey earned his bachelor’s and master’s of science degrees in entomology from the University of Georgia. His master’s research focused on subterranean termites. Prior to joining Rollins, Ramsey was an entomologist and technical specialist at Allgood Pest Solutions.
“We’re happy to have Glen join the Rollins technical services team, and the knowledge he brings will help us further advance our processes and solutions to provide the highest quality service and results to our customers,” says Dr. Mark Beavers, Rollins’ managing director of technical services.
