WEST LAFAYETTE, IND.—More than 500 industry professionals attended the 77th Annual Purdue University Pest Management Conference, Jan. 7 – 9. Dr. Gary Bennett, coordinator and conference chair, organized the event, which packed more than 25 sessions into three days.

Among this year’s featured speakers were Gene White, Rose Pest Solutions; Stoy Hedges, Terminix; Dan Collins, Collins Pest Management; Sara Kantarovich, Smithereen Pest Management Services; and many more. Harvey Goldglantz, Pest Control Marketing Co., and Tim Gibb, Purdue University, both led value-added sessions on marketing and occasional invaders, respectively.

As in years past, several of the conference sessions could be mined for continuing education credits. The conference also included its annual exhibition, featuring educational exhibits by pest management industry suppliers.
