NEPTUNE, NJ—Marathon Data Systems, which provides a cloud-based business management platform for companies with a mobile workforce, has been included in NJBIZ’s 2014 “Best Places to Work in New Jersey” list for the fourth consecutive year. The survey and award program recognizes the Top 100 places of employment in New Jersey that benefit the state’s economy, workforce and businesses.
Driving Marathon’s employee satisfaction were the core benefit underpinnings of competitive compensation packages, robust benefits and a generous 401(k) match plan.
