Think ahead, and be proactive. Perform a professional rodent inspection on every account to find potential entry points, and repair those areas. Are there concerns about sanitation issues, inside or out, that could increase the potential for rodent populations? Are there potential exterior harborage areas that could provide housing for rodent populations? Don’t forget to identify and correct any potential entry points where roof rats could enter. Many companies throughout the country are reaping significant profits providing rodent preventive and exclusion services for customers, in additional to their regular pest management programs.
