By preemptively encasing properties in advance of a bed bug infestation, pest management professionals can control bed bugs more quickly in two major ways:

1. Encasing mattresses aids in early detection, because the bugs won’t be able to hide in the middle of the mattress or box spring.
2. When a mattress is encased, there is no need to heat the middle of the mattress, which saves on energy costs and time spent on a heat treatment job.
