Atlanta-based Arrow Exterminators recently held the company’s annual Premier Club weekend to celebrate its top-performing sales professionals and managers. The award recipients and their guests were treated to a three-night stay at the Ritz-Carlton, Cancun, Mexico. President’s Club and Circle of Diamond qualifiers were also in attendance for this trip.
Twenty team members (pictured) achieved the President’s Club status by selling above and beyond their sales goals, and 47 Circle of Diamond attendees qualified by achieving their revenue and profit goals as leading service center managers. These team members and their guests arrived a day early and were treated to a special dinner.
The weekend came to a close with a special reception and awards banquet to celebrate the successes of the 2015-16 award recipients.
“It was a great honor to be able to recognize Arrow’s top producing sales folks and our incredible leadership team at this year’s Premier Club trip,” says Emily Thomas Kendrick, president and CEO.
