ServicePro’s new ServSuite Survey feature allows its industry software users to send a survey to customers once a work order is completed via automated emails. The Survey allows users to ask one or multiple questions in seven different formats, including Multiple Answer, Ranking and Yes/No. ServSuite Survey also allows users to analyze the results to improve customer service and integrate with email, social media and the internet to allow reports on detailed results and overall survey rankings.
