California firm implements ‘transparent’ online scheduling

Accurate Termite and Pest Control, a family-owned pest control company in Southern California, launched a new website that allows customers to schedule services online.

The website in beta model last year was successful. The company says the service has been used by 2,000 professional realtors to schedule termite inspections online.

The platform allows customers to schedule an appointment with the termite inspector of their choice, as well as directly interact with the inspector and customer service representatives. The website gives an overview of each inspector available that includes their photo, license number, background information about their experience and expertise, and additional information to get to know them better.

“While other national companies also offer customers an online scheduling tool, they lack the transparency of TermitePro.us,” says Jim Donnelly, president of Accurate Termite and Pest Control. “Other platforms require customers to provide personal information before seeing the company’s available appointments, potentially subjecting them to unwanted marketing calls and emails. No other platform allows customers to see and interact with the specific inspector with full transparency the way that ours does.”

Accurate Termite and Pest Control offers residential and commercial termite, pest and rodent control in the Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego areas.
