A contest that began Nov. 18 and runs through Dec. 18, 2019, from the Bayer Pest Management & Public Health business focuses on the customer service of pest management professionals (PMPs). Inspired by the recent launch of Barricor SP and its ability to enhance maintenance visits, the contest invites PMPs to “share their best customer review to celebrate the many ways they elevate customer experiences through regular maintenance services,” according to the news release.
“Nobody knows customer experience like PMPs, especially in the world of frequent maintenance,” says Dave Braness, customer marketing manager for the household health segment at Bayer. “They spend time with their customers regularly, and those customers rely on them for an effective treatment they can trust. And PMPs know that happy customers can lead to more customers.
Introduced this spring, Barricor SP features a new formulation technology that delivers superior performance on gravel, mulch, concrete and more. With no signal word on its label, Barricor’s solid particle formulation technology enables the active ingredient, deltamethrin, to remain elevated on complex, porous surfaces, making it more bio-available to pests.
PMPs can enter the contest online at es.bayer.us/ShareToWinWithBarricor. Prizes include the chance to win one of two all-expense-paid trips to tour the Bayer research facility in North Carolina, or one of three RTIC soft-pack 30 coolers.
“Contest trip winners will receive an opportunity for one-on-one training with Bayer Technical Service Lead Joe Barile, and will learn how Bayer develops and tests new pest management innovations,” Braness tells PMP.
