Coalmarch, PCO Bookkeepers launch webinar series to ‘COVID-Proof Your Business’

Coalmarch and PCO Bookkeepers have launched a weekly webinar series to support small business owners in the pest industry and to help them navigate the new realities of the rapidly evolving COVID-19 pandemic.
The webinars will be hosted by Donnie Shelton, CEO of Coalmarch and owner of Triangle Pest Control, and Dan Gordon of PCO Bookkeepers. It will be free for small business owners and managers, and will center on practical solutions to the challenges the COVID-19 pandemic has presented to pest control companies when it comes to marketing, sales, operations and finance.
“In a period of crisis, knowledge is king,” Gordon said. “We are in uncharted territory, but we need a plan to get through this. This webinar series, given by PCO Bookkeepers and Coalmarch, will present options available to craft your plan from leadership, marketing, operational and financial management perspectives, giving you the knowledge to weather the storm.”
“Our ultimate goal is to share timely information and discuss what we’re seeing, share resources, and give some insight into strategy so business owners can make informed decisions to stabilize or grow their business during these uncertain times,” Gordon said.
The weekly webinars will be hosted on Fridays at 1 p.m. Eastern. The following dates are already planned: March 27, April 3, April 1o and April 17.
