For pest management firms, there is a sweet spot between the concepts of “you’ll never please everyone all of the time” and “don’t get caught up in the hype.” Just as it’s good to look at negative feedback from customers — taken in context, and what you and your team can learn from it — it’s also good to celebrate the positive feedback, to acknowledge a team member who has made a customer happy, for example. It reaffirms that your company is going in the right direction.

To that end, Pest Management Professional (PMP) is co-hosting a content marketing webinar with Orem, Utah-based industry communication software supplier Slingshot.
