Mattress Safe is expanding its capacity in the United States to meet increasing demands.

The company is transitioning its manufacturing approach to accommodate the changing market conditions. With rising demand and long international lead times, the U.S.-based manufacturer is taking necessary steps to increase production by acquiring machinery to automate fabric spreading and precision cutting.

“We are ready to fulfill the needs of the industry and assist our customers to remain on the cutting edge,” Mattress Safe CEO Will Poston said.

The company’s goal is to maintain the quality its customers expect after 17 years of experience in the industry, Poston added.

About Mattress Safe

Mattress Safe is a dynamic, family-owned business dedicated to giving a product with quality service.

In 2004, Hancock wanted the right mattress protector to protect memory foam mattresses that did not require professional cleaning. After researching fabrics to protect memory foam and other mattress types, Hancock and her parents decided to create the company to sell the mattress protectors.

Mattress Safe has now grown from a small company, stocking product in a home garage, to a multi-million dollar corporation with over 27,000 sq. ft. office/warehouse space. The company offers solutions for the control of bed bugsdust mitesbacteriaincontinence and bed wetting.

Mattress Safe VP Andrea Hancock is also founder of Professionals Empowering, Sustaining & Transforming (P.E.S.T.) Relief International, which has been making a difference in communities since its beginnings in 2013. Some of its most recent projects include helping residents of a Salvation Army shelter in Atlanta; co-piloting a REST program in Florida; assisting a technician’s family in need; and honoring and helping military veterans in need, to name just a few.
