Tucson, Ariz.-based Truly Nolen Pest Control announced the promotion of Carlos Cruz as manager of the company’s El Paso, Texas, service office.

Cruz joined Truly Nolen in 2014 as a sales professional but eventually transitioned to a service professional role. Prior to joining Truly Nolen, he worked for another pest control company for 17 years. He is also a proud U.S. Army veteran.

Some of Cruz’s new responsibilities will include helping the service office continue to maintain visibility with the local El Paso community as well as instilling the company’s core values throughout his team.

“I am most excited about working with our El Paso team and helping them become even more successful in their roles,” Cruz said in the news release. “My favorite thing about working for Truly Nolen is the atmosphere, because it is quite apparent that our company really cares for their employees and understands that our people are its greatest assets.”

“Carlos’ extensive pest control industry experience along with his strong drive to try and make a difference every day made him the perfect person for his new role,” said Emily Cruz, area manager of West Texas and New Mexico for Truly Nolen. “I am excited to see him develop in his new role and help take our El Paso service office to the next level.”
