The National Pest Management Association (NPMA) launched the Women’s Forum as an opportunity for women and men throughout the pest management industry to create an inclusive environment for all members of their teams. Now in its third year, the 2023 event took place May 9-11 at the Charleston Marriott in South Carolina. During this engaging program, participants attended sessions on inspiring and impactful leadership, networked during interactive workshops and breakout sessions, heard from groundbreaking keynote speakers, and celebrated women across the industry.

The 2023 NPMA Impact Awards for Women in Pest Management also were presented during the event. Check out the full list of winners here.

Event sponsors included Arrow Exterminators, Cook’s Pest Control, Ecolab, Envu, FieldRoutes, Nisus, Rollins, Target Specialty Products, WorkWave and the South Carolina Pest Control Association’s Professional Women in Pest Management organization.

Plans for next year’s NPMA Women’s Forum are already underway. In addition, the call for nominations for the 2024 Impact Awards will open in January.
