Arrow Exterminators acquires Ideal Pest Solutions

Atlanta, Ga.-based Arrow Exterminators recently acquired Ideal Pest Solutions, headquartered in Winter Garden, Fla.

“We are so pleased to welcome the customers and team members of Ideal to the Arrow family,” said Emily Thomas Kendrick, CEO of Arrow Exterminators. “Ideal’s commitment to their team members and passion for customer service is a perfect fit.”

The new location is the fifth Arrow Exterminators location in Orlando, Fla., and the 48th in the state of Florida. It’s the company’s 172nd location overall. The new Florida location will operate under its Stark Exterminators brand.

“When looking for a home for our business, we wanted a family-owned and operated company that provided great customer service and was passionate about how customers and employees are treated. We found that in Atlanta-based Arrow Exterminators and are now proud to be part of the family,” said owner Jason Fleming. “We especially wanted to give our employees an opportunity to be with a company where we knew there would be growth opportunities as well as an expanded range of services to offer our customers.
