Bob Williamson to present at Wolfpack Summit

Bob Williamson will present a discussion about mergers and acquisitions in pest control on Jan. 18, 2024, at the WolfPack Summit, which takes place Jan. 17-20, 2024, in Tampa, Fla.

WolfPack Summit is an inspection, pest control and business conference that will be held at the Hilton Tampa Airport Westshore.

Williamson is pest and lawn director for Cetane Associates. He will present “How & When to Buy/Sell a Pest Control Business.”

During his presentation, he will cover the process of adding other home-based services to sell to new and existing customers.He will cover how to structure, market (cross-sell), and when and how to develop an acquisition strategy.

Williamson, a monthly blogger for Pest Management Professional’s blog at PMPPestTalk.net, also serves on the Pennsylvania Pesticide Advisory Board, is a former president of the Lawn Care Association of Pennsylvania and a former president of the Rotary Club in Warrington, Pa. For over 30 years, Williamson worked with Moyer, a large Mid-Atlantic residential service provider. Williamson has managed services including heating oil, propane, plumbing, home security, swimming pool, lawn and tree care, and pest control.
