The founder and CEO of ServiceBoost is Saša Milenković, a visionary who has journeyed from the depths of war-torn Former Yugoslavia to emerge as a driving force in the pest control arena. Milenković’s story is a testament to resilience and entrepreneurial spirit. Having experienced the turmoil of conflict, he arrived in the United States with unwavering determination and a commitment to achieving excellence. His career took root at JC Ehrlich (now Rentokil Ehrlich) in Towson, Md., where he honed his skills and immersed himself in the intricacies of the industry. For five years, Milenković dedicated himself to pest control, laying a solid foundation of knowledge and experience.
In 2013, fueled by an unshakable belief in his vision, Saša embarked on his entrepreneurial odyssey, founding Pest Czar in Baltimore, Md. This one-man operation rapidly evolved into a respected and recognized enterprise in the Maryland and DC area. Under Saša’s guidance, Pest Czar flourished, and he emerged as a prominent figure in the industry. In recognition of his leadership and expertise, Saša was selected to participate in the National Pest Management Association’s (NPMA’s) Executive Leadership Program (ELP).
In 2021, Milenković ventured into new territory, establishing and scaling an exterior cleaning company in Venice, Fla., that he later successfully sold in 2023. The success of both these enterprises can be attributed to Milenković’s visionary approach to online presence and marketing. His mastery of digital strategies, branding, and customer engagement propelled these businesses to new heights.
