Truly Nolen Pest Control recently promoted three employees.

Nichole Dmytriw was promoted to business manager of the company’s California service offices. She will be based out of the company’s Moreno Valley service office in Perris, Calif.

Dmytriw joined Truly Nolen in April 2023 as a part of the company’s manager-in-training program. Prior to joining the company, she worked as the operations manager for The Bugman, with 18 years of experience in the pest control and termite industry

“The most exciting thing about working as the California business manager is getting to work directly with each branch manager to help improve and develop the entire district,” Dmytriw said in the news release. “My favorite part of working for Truly Nolen is the kindness of each and every person within the company. I love that we are a large company with such a great family atmosphere and am very pleased with the development and learning opportunities I have already received while working here.”

Barber joined Truly Nolen in May 1989 as a lawn technician. He was then promoted to supervisor, and has managed multiple service offices across Southwest Florida throughout his career. Prior to joining the company, he was a manager at a Winn-Dixie store.

“I am most excited to assist other branches in my new role and am looking forward to a new challenge,” Barber said. “My favorite thing about working for Truly Nolen is the people I get to work with on a daily basis.”

Eggleston joined Truly Nolen in August 2021 as a part of its manager-in-training program. Prior to joining the company, she managed a radiology imaging clinic for three years.

“I am most excited to work for a company that I love, where I get the opportunity to problem-solve and implement solutions for my branch and team,” Eggleston said. “My favorite thing about working for Truly Nolen is the chance to learn about and interact with insects, as I find them fascinating.”
