Sprague named National Top Workplace

April 29, 2024

Tacoma, Wash.-based Sprague Pest Solutions has been honored as a National Top Workplace by USA Today.

This achievement follows the company’s recent Top Workplace accolades in Oregon and California, highlighting Sprague’s workplace culture across all levels of operation.

This national recognition celebrates Sprague’s dedication to fostering an inclusive, engaging and thriving workplace culture. It emphasizes the company’s success in not only providing uncompromising pest management solutions but also in creating an environment where team members feel valued, supported, and motivated.

Leila Starwich, director of people operations at Sprague, said in the news release, “Being named a National Top Workplace by USA Today is a monumental achievement for Sprague. It’s a testament to the vibrant culture we’ve built together, where every team member’s contribution is valued and celebrated. This recognition shines a spotlight on our collective efforts to not only excel in pest management but to ensure Sprague is a place where people are proud to work. It’s truly exciting to see our culture resonate on a national scale.”

In 2023, Sprague Pest Solutions was recognized as a Top Workplace in both Oregon and California. These regional awards paved the way for national recognition.

The Top Workplaces award is determined by employee feedback and assesses companies on various aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution and connection.
