Atlanta, Ga.-based Arrow Exterminators recently added three new leaders to its team.

Jason Crew will join the company as VP of corporate operations. Crew joins Arrow from GE’s healthcare business, where he spent the last 25 years in various sales and leadership roles. Most recently, he served as market VP for GE’s Atlanta region, overseeing a $500 million medical equipment business across Georgia, Alabama and Northern Florida. His responsibilities included managing GE Healthcare’s imaging, ultrasound, life care solutions, IT, consulting and life science offerings.
Timson Green joins the team after most recently serving as branch manager at JP McHale Pest Management, overseeing a portfolio consisting of 95 percent commercial customers. Green was previously a service manager at Terminix and before that, served as a service manager at Assured Environments.
“Building a team of servant leaders who exemplify pride and professionalism and who are passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience — that is what I’m passionate about,” said Green.
Doug Patton recently served as VP of business development at Waynes Pest Control in Birmingham, Ala. Patton identified business development challenges and customer concerns, implemented transparent and accountable strategies and established customer loyalty programs that increased retention from 83 to 87 percent.
Previously, as VP of operations at Waynes Pest Control from March 2014 to May 2023, Patton navigated the company through explosive growth, increasing revenue from $26 million to $80 million in less than five years. He improved gross margins, decreased indirect costs and delivered industry-leading EBITA margins.
Patton also played a crucial role in recruiting and closing two acquisitions, achieving retention rates of 88 percentand 94 percent through focused communication and engagement. His strategic approach and commitment to service protocol efficiencies significantly increased earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITA), marking his career with visionary leadership, dedication to team development and a commitment to delivering exceptional service and results.
