The Maryland State Pest Control Association (MSPCA) has created the Business Building Blocks & Connections event to help pest management professionals (PMPs) grow their businesses. The new event, which will take place in Fulton, Md., on Sept. 10, will feature three business-building sessions on sales, customer service and employee engagement.
This first event, which MSPCA plans to develop into an ongoing series, invites owners, managers, salespeople and customer service reps to join to receive insights from speakers, networking opportunities and a chance to connect with vendors. Speakers set for the event include:
- Nema Semnani, president of Precision Sales Consulting
- Denise O’Neill, owner and CEO of The Alternative Board Baltimore Wash.
- Samantha Forrest, ACE, territory manager for Corteva Agriscience and MSPCA president
- Joleen Matthews, director of PMO and IT for American Pest.
The MSPCA has built-in times for social connections during the event to provide an opportunity for attendees to share and learn from each other.
The cost for attending will be $35 per person for PMPs. Visit here to learn more and register.
