The Aust Group (TAG) has been listed as a 2024 Inc. 5000 fastest-growing private company in the United States, standing apart from more than 25 million private companies across the nation.
Founded in 2018 by frequent Pest Management Professional editorial contributor Stuart Aust, TAG is a mergers and acquisitions (M&A) firm that specializes in the pest control industry, representing small to mid-market companies across North America. Before establishing TAG, Aust owned Bug Doctor Termite & Pest Control, which was also recognized as an Inc. 5000 company. After selling Bug Doctor in 2016, Aust, alongside his sons Dan, Nick and Chris, launched TAG to “provide business owners with peace of mind during the sale of their companies,” he says.
“I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to our clients who have trusted us to help them achieve their lifetime goals by selling their businesses,” Aust added in the news release. “I also want to thank our dedicated team for their hard work in reaching this remarkable milestone.”
Reflecting on his journey, Aust said, “Being recognized as an Inc. 5000 company while with Bug Doctor was a significant milestone for me as a former owner of a pest control company. Now, achieving the same honor with The Aust Group alongside my sons is a full-circle moment.”
