Truly Nolen Pest Control recently promoted Justin Wichman to people development manager, a new role for the Tucson, Ariz.-based firm. Wichman will remain based at the company’s West Palm Beach, Fla., service office.

Wichman joined Truly Nolen in 2015 and has served in multiple roles throughout his career with the company. Most recently, he had served as manager-in-training coordinator.

“I am most excited about modernizing our industry-leading training and helping others work on achieving their professional and personal goals,” said Wichman, “I think our division will enhance training to the new generations entering the workforce, and I believe that in collaborating with many of our divisions inside our company, we will be able to help set groundwork for career paths for all team members, no matter what their current position is.”

Some of Wichman’s new responsibilities include looking at the company’s development and training holistically.

“Justin perfectly exemplifies No. 5 of our company’s 12 core values: ‘Embracing and Driving Change for the Better,’” said Scarlett Nolen, president of Truly Nolen and an online columnist for Pest Management Professional magazine. “His passion for developing others is unmistakable, which made him the perfect fit for this unique opportunity.”
