Arrow Exterminators bolsters leadership team

Atlanta-Ga.-based Arrow Exterminators recently made two additions to its leadership team. Michael Landis joins Arrow as vice president of human resources (HR), while Drew Shetter was promoted to vice president of corporate operations.

Landis will serve as a strategic HR leader, responsible for the development and execution of human resources strategies. His leadership will encompass core HR areas such as talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management and compliance.
He brings over 20 years of leadership experience in human resources, having held key roles in both the healthcare and life sciences industries. Most recently, he served as vice president of human resources at Vero Biotech, where he oversaw end-to-end HR functions including talent acquisition, engagement, compensation and regulatory compliance.
Shetter’s journey with Arrow began in June 2012 as a home evaluator in McDonough, Ga. His strong leadership and deep industry knowledge have guided him through a series of impactful roles, including regional sales manager, service center manager in Lake Norman, N.C., Brookhaven, Ga., and Ponte Vedra, Fla. He most recently served as vice president of operations for Region 12, which encompasses Gulf Coast Alabama and Florida.
Sprague welcomes new Salt Lake City branch manager

Sprague Pest Solutions promoted Chastin Hunsaker to branch manager of its office in Salt Lake City, Utah. Hunsaker’s promotion highlights the growth, leadership and technical skill he’s shown since he joined Sprague in March 2021. He started with the Tacoma, Wash.-based company as a route manager and spent the last three years in Salt Lake City as the branch trainer technician.
“Chastin’s journey with Sprague really shows what’s possible when you’re eager to learn, grow and take on new challenges,” said Lindsey Marker, regional manager. “He knows our clients, our team and the ins and outs of pest management better than anyone. We’re excited to see him lead the Salt Lake team into this next chapter.”
Hunsaker becomes the first new branch manager in Salt Lake in nearly a decade after the promotion of Lindsey Marker to regional manager. Over the past several years, the Salt Lake team has experienced significant growth, expanding its impact, capabilities and client base throughout the Wasatch Front region.
In his new role, Hunsaker will oversee all service operations and team development.
Skyhawk Trapmate reveals board of advisors
