Cetane Associates adds executive assistant to team

Cetane Associates (Cetane) has announced that Kelsey Balque joined the firm as an executive assistant, effective Jan. 20, 2026. Balque brings more than a decade of experience supporting leadership teams and provides administrative and organizational support that helps drive efficiency across the firm.

Before joining Cetane, she worked at a non-profit organization where she played a key role in building internal processes, strengthening cross-department communication and supporting executives during periods of rapid growth and change. She is passionate about creating clarity, reducing operational friction and enabling leaders to focus on high-impact, strategic work.

Balque holds a bachelor of business administration from the University of Houston, as well as an associate of science in business administration and management from San Jacinto College.
