Grand Junction, Colo.-based King Pest Solutions completed three acquisitions in 2025, expanding its presence across Western and Southern Colorado as part of its continued growth strategy.
Acquisitions included:
- September: Maverick Pest Management, Grand Junction, Colo.
- October: Advanced Pest Solutions, Grand Junction, Colo.
- November: T&J Pest Control, Cañon City, Colo.
The additions strengthen King Pest Solutions’ footprint in markets where it has operated for several years. Each company brings established customer bases and long-standing community relationships, allowing King Pest Solutions to enhance service coverage and operational scale throughout the Western Slope and Southern Colorado.
“Each of these businesses has built a strong local reputation and deep ties to the communities they serve,” said Casey McDaniel, president of King Pest Solutions. “These acquisitions support our next phase of growth while allowing us to continue delivering high-quality, comprehensive pest management services across the state.”
King Pest Solutions plans to retain local teams and integrate operations to support service consistency, customer retention and long-term regional growth.
