
Massey Services, a leader in pest management and landscape care, announced the promotion of five team members to sales director roles, strengthening the company’s sales leadership team across multiple regions spanning 10 states.
Aaron Brown has been promoted to sales director, primarily serving the Villages market in Florida. Brown joined Massey Services in 2020 as a sales inspector and was promoted to service manager in 2021. In September 2022, Brown advanced to general manager of The Villages South Service Center. Massey has six service centers in this market and provides services to nearly 70% of The Villages residents.
Dean Kreh now serves as sales director for seven regions in three states that include Central Florida, Georgia and Tennessee. Kreh began his career with Massey Services in 2013 as a sales inspector in Southeast Orlando. He was promoted to service manager of GreenUP Lake Nona in 2014 and later that year became general manager. Kreh most recently served as general manager in Windermere, Florida, which is one of Massey’s largest service centers in the Florida market.
Eddie Hartsaw has been promoted to sales director overseeing seven regions that include Midwest Florida, West Florida, Southeast Florida and Southwest Florida. Hartsaw joined Massey Services in 1997 as a sales inspector and was promoted to general manager of GreenUP Winter Haven in 2017. Most recently, he served as the general manager over the residential pest and termite service center in Winter Haven.
Glenn Kilgore has been named sales director for four regions throughout Oklahoma and Texas. Kilgore joined Massey Services in 2018 as a service manager in training and was promoted to service manager of Fort Worth Residential in 2019. He was promoted to general manager in 2020, leading the Euless Residential Service Center in the North Texas region.
Randy Crosby will become the sales director for five regions that are comprised of North Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. Crosby joined Massey Services in 2018 as a sales inspector. Later that year, he was promoted to general manager of the Palm Coast service center. A few years later, he was sent to St. Augustine to oversee that service center, which provides both residential and landscape services.
“Each of these team members have demonstrated consistent success and professional growth throughout their careers at Massey Services,” said Ian Robinson, vice president of business development. “As our company continues to grow, our new sales directors will play a pivotal role in training and developing new and existing sales inspectors and general managers to help identify needs and provide solutions that meet our customers’ expectations.”
